the Sanctuary shift schedule is posted on the wiki here.

Remember everyone has committed to two shifts. One of these shifts will be at a good time and one of these will likely be at one of the less charming times. If you really want to do more than two shifts then we're open to putting you on a third shift as long as there is enough time to rest between the shifts.

Please post in this forum and include the following information:

• Your first name
• Date and time you will arrive at the Shambhala site
• Date and time you will leave the Shambhala site
• Whether you can make the main group meeting at noon on Thursday 6th August
• The number of shifts you want to do (2 min, 3 max)
• Your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for good shifts
• Your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for not so good shifts
• Any preferences you have around wanting to work with any of the other volunteers
• Any "black-out" times, i.e. times when you are absolutely not available because you are performing or there is an act you really want to see (We will do our utmost not to schedule folks during any blackout times - but pls don't make it impossible to schedule you m'kay)
• Any other info you want to let us know

It would be really appreciated if folks can volunteer for some of the last 3 shifts - these are always hardest to fill. The last shift - shift 13 - will also be doing the packing down of the Sanctuary space starting around noon and we would love any extra help from folks who are not scheduled but who might be willing to help out.
