If you are a guest of a Sanctuary volunteer then here is how you collect your guest ticket:
What kind of Ticket is a Guest Ticket?
- Guest tickets are electronic tickets, i.e. no paper tickets are issued to guests of Shambhala Sanctuary volunteers.
- In all other ways a guest ticket is exactly like a regular ticket
- Guests will receive a regular entrance wristband when they arrive at the gate
How do I Know I Have a Guest Ticket?
- The volunteer for whom your are their guest will pass your legal name and email address on to the Sanctuary Team Leader (Warren).
- You will then receive an email confirmation of your guest ticket from the Team Leader - the email will come from shambhalastaff.com which is the festival organisers' communications hub and volunteer management tool and will be addressed to you and to the volunteer you received your ticket from.
What Proof of a Ticket Do I Need?
Guests should be prepared to provide their legal names, their email address used for receiving confirmation of the guest ticket, and bring photo ID to prove your identity.
- Your legal name (as shown on ID)
- Email address where your confirmation email was received.
- Valid photo ID
Picking Up Your Guest Ticket at Shambhala
When arriving at the main entrance to Shambhala:
- Go to the Photo ID Booth (same building as "Will Call" ticket pickup) which is the small building on the right about 100 yards before the main ticket gate.
- Tell the volunteers there that you are a guest of the Sanctuary/Harm Reduction crew
- Give them your legal name, some photo ID, and your email address - your email address is like a "password" to double check you are the right person
- Your name will be checked off against the Sanctuary guest list,
- You will be given a regular wristband
- Enjoy!
