Psychedelic Crisis FAQ This classic text on dealing with psy-crises is an inspiration for a lot of our work. In the Sanctuary we diverge slightly from the advice given here because we are operating in a situation where the boundaries are more clearly defined and there are First Aid and Security folks to help out. Our approach also does not involve "guiding" or "trip-sitting", nor do we necessarily try to "bring people down" - instead we are more focused on providing a safe space for those in need, and on facilitating the natural unfolding of the experiences.
