Shambhala 2008 Sanctuary Schedule !!
After a marathon session of trying to fit everyone's preferences and requests and blackout times in I'm happy to announce the draft schedule displayed below:
- Note that you can swap shifts with others and also split shifts with others, but in all cases you are responsible for ensuring your scheduled time slot is covered. Write any changes in on the printed schedule in the Sanctuary space.
- Every single person got their specific shift preferences and most special requests for working together have been accommodated.
- We still need a couple of slots covered - shown as volunteer below.

Shift Schedule Skeleton
This is the shift schedule for Shambhala 2008. It is probably the final version unless a bunch of you convince me we need to change it somehow :) It runs for 15 hours over Thursday 7th afternoon, evening and Friday morning, and then runs round the clock from Friday 8th noon until Monday 11th at 3pm.

Shift numbers in red indicate shifts at less than fabulous times -- the number in brackets after the shift length shows the number of hours between 2am and 10am which is considered the "less than fabulous" time period.
Note that the last three shifts are only 7 hours long.
Specifying Shift Preferences
Please choose 3 or 4 "good" shifts in order of preference - these are the shift numbers in black, i.e. 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11.
Please choose 3 or 4 "crummy" shifts in order of preference - these are the shift numbers in red, i.e. 2, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13.
Most preferable is if you could use the forum on the MBL website to record yours shift preferences, if not then you can email them to me. PLEASE check out this forum post which explains what details I need to receive from you regarding shift preferences, etc.
